GATE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE IS MANAGED BY PERIPHERAL SYSTEMS, INC.

Please contact a board member if you would like to change your code. The homeowner must pay a $7 service fee for each code change.

THERE ARE FOUR (4) OPTIONS FOR GATE ENTRY

Option #1—Remote Hand-Held Transmitter

9-volt battery required
Coded switches are required within the transmitter that corresponds with the gate
Contact the HOA via email to set your code or purchase
Online transmitters are available; ensure compatibility

Option #2—4-Digit Personal Code Used at Telephone Keypad System

Press # before entering the 4-digit code
Contact the HOA via email for access or changes

Option #3—3-Digit Guest Calling Code

Guest scrolls through the alphabetical last name listings “A” or “Z” button
Last name is displayed with a 3-digit number
Press the call button and the system will call whichever cell or landline number you provided
Cellphone or landline will ring and you press the number 9 button to open the gate

Option #4—Program Your Vehicle To Gate Access

If your vehicle is equipped with a garage door coding system, you can also sequence the same procedure with our gate

6 AM to 10 AM: Monday through Friday
1 PM to 5 PM: Monday through Friday

REQUEST GATES OPEN FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS

For special occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, etc.
