Board of Directors
Announcement of official board meetings will be from a current HOA board member.
Board (officer) member qualifications and criteria are as follows:
- Homeowner on Mayberry II property
- Live on the property
- Up to date on HOA dues
Each position is held for ONE (1) year.
Nominations and voting dictate position. Below are the requirements to nominate:
- Person nominating a candidate is required to be a homeowner on property
- You cannot nominate yourself
Announcement of intent to hold HOA Officer Board position given no earlier than one (1) month before the next board meeting.
